We begin our process by talking to you to understand exactly what kind of person you're looking for, what skills they need, and what kind of work they'll be doing. Then, we search for candidates who match your needs, interview these candidates and make sure they're a good fit.
Once we find a great match, we introduce the candidate to you. If you like the candidate and decide to hire them, they become permanent employees of your company. We do charge a fee for this service, which is usually based on the salary of the person you hire, or in some cases will be a flat fee for larger quantities of hires.
